Getting your event OUT there

Media Releases
Media releases can be a good way of getting your event noticed. A media release is a one-pager about your event that is sent to newspapers, TV and radio stations. Media releases are a hit-and-miss affair, but if the local media does pick up your story, your event can become a story in the paper, or news item on the radio or TV news.
